King's Bastion - Ice Skating

The Ice Skating Rink is open from 10.00am to 11.00pm every day and the price of admission is as follows:

£1.50 for a half hour session and £3 for an hour session on weekdays before 5.00pm

£2 for a half hour session and £4 for an hour session on weekdays after 5.00pm and all day on weekends (The admission price includes rental of the skates)

 

All sessions are supervised by our trained staff who are qualified in administering First Aid.

For safety reasons, we only allow a maximum number of fifty skaters at a time on the ice rink.

Children under the age of seven must be accompanied by an adult (we may allow younger skaters by themselves but only if the parent/guardian signs a consent form).

We also offer ice skating lessons which are given by a UK qualified instructor (see the link above for further details).

There will be periods when the rink may need to be closed to carry out essential maintenance works (please call to confirm availiability).

 

Opening Hours:

• 7 days a week 10am to 11pm

Please note that the ice rink closes for maintenance during different times of the day to allow for re-surfacing; please give us a call for further information on closing times.

Please note that the Ice Rink is only open for group sessions on the following days/times:

• Mondays & Wednesdays from 18.30 to 20.30

• Saturdays & Sundays from 10.15am to 12.15 pm
